A skilled practitioner, Claire has devised and managed a wide range of creative projects over the last seven years. She has a particular interest in process-led learning, socially engaged practice and site-responsive making and has worked with a variety of people in nurseries, schools, galleries, healthcare settings, youth groups and the lifelong learning sector.

Using a multi-sensory approach, she is keen for participants to experiment with a variety of materials and manual techniques to create sculptural and tactile pieces. The experience of making is a primary concern; projects often focus on the therapeutic effect of working with the hands, the elemental aspects of working outdoors, or explore the history of place through its haptic landscape.
